Conveyor Parts
Excluding the drive unit, a belt conveyor consists of the conveyor belt, conveyor idlers,
pulleys, impact beds, belt cleaners, and more—most of which are wear parts.
High reliability and durability are therefore essential.
Belt Conveyor Component Names
Key Components
Rollers
A core component that determines belt conveyor performance. With excellent waterproof/dustproof and low-friction design, it delivers high durability and reliability even in harsh environments.
Idlers
A belt support assembly consisting of rollers and a stand (frame). It prevents belt sag and maintains the carrying angle, providing high durability and easy maintenance through application-optimized design.
Pulleys
A power transmission unit that transfers motor power to the belt. Optimized design with appropriate coatings and lagging patterns ensures durability and prevents belt slip.
Belt Cleaners
A device that removes carryback from the belt surface. High-wear-resistant blades/tips and tensioning devices provide durability and minimize contamination caused by spillage.
Impact Beds
A device that absorbs impact at transfer points. It minimizes dust leakage from impact and reduces belt damage, helping prevent premature wear.
